Matches:

I think this is the worst month in whole story

Eastleigh – Dover:

We’ve got red card and game was already over.

Dover – Fleetwood:

I thought it will gonna be a real derby, with a lot of chances on both sides, but we dominated almost whole game and than we concede unlucky goal or should I say that our goalkeeper made mistake didn’t catch the ball good and it got in.

Tamworth – Dover:

After two defeats my team morale was low, so in first half we didn’t play how I thought. Second half was better, but we scored two goals from corners.

Dover – Luton:

I am so angry. I will try with new tactic

Dover – Welling United (FA Cup):

With this new tactic we won 2-0 and for now it’s much better than 4-4-2. I am happy with my new goalkeeper who had few good saves.

We droped, but with new tactic I hope that we can get in play off places

Because I am unhappy with my team overall perfomance I don’t have player of the month.

Wesley Foderingham:

I think that he can be better than Jaimez, even if he has 4 stars I think, but he is young, so probably he will be better in next season

Matches:

Braintree – Dover:

It looks that we will have a lot of problems at guest matches this season no matter what tactic I use. We are playing against better teams than teams from 6th tier. I am happy with perfomance in this match, but still if there wasn’t a mistake in our defence we would win.

Dover – Southport:

The best perfomance of the season so far and one man show by Daniel Njitraj. What an amazing player scored a hat-trick so early in the season, he is a real signing, one of the best transfers ever made in FM history. Shots on goal and target show how much we dominated.

Dover – Gainsborough:

I can’t really talk about game, but I can talk about Njitraj. Again what an amzing perfomance by him and next video look what he did in just 1 minute and again he scored a hat-trick that’s two in the row.

After he scored his first (beautiful) goal, immediately when they continue the game from center we took the ball and Njitraj scored another beautiful goal

Cambridge – Dover:

The game started very good for us we scored a goal after few chances for Cambridge, but than in 2nd half Cambridge scored 2 goals and they go 2-1 lead. Than in last 10 minutes I put overload and we scored goal for 2-2.

Bath – Dover:

We played even better match than against Cambridge, but it wasnt enough to secure a win. We hold a lead until 79th minute, when we concede goal from set-piece. For next season I need to find better coaches.

Dover – FC Halifax:

We played against last team in the league and I expected a good perfomance and big win what happen

Upcoming Games:

What an amazing start to the season, one defeat, no draws and 4 wins. We are currently on 2nd place and I hope that we can stay on play-off place till end of the season or maybe be 1st

Dover – Hayes & Yeading:

Amazing and shocking perfomance of my players in first match of new season in higher rank. What can I say, none expected this happening. Webster scored 3 goals and Njitraj scored first goal for club on his debut.

Newport Co – Dover:

We will have a lot of problems this season in away matches. Newport dominated till last 10 minutes when we managed to score a goal from counter attack, but than in 92nd minute, concetration of my defence fall down and we concede a goal.

Dover – Kidderminster:

After that defeat from Newport, I decided to change my tactic. I put my defensive line deeper, passing style default and marking default, but maybe I will put marking back to man marking. It looks that this tactic works, cause we won against Kidderminster one of main promotion candidates.

Grimsby – Dover:

Very hard game, it looks that my team didn’t addapt on new tactic, but for now that tactic works. The game was very open both sides had a lot of chances. I think we just had luck and refere helped us in last attack in which we scored fr win.

Matches:

Flackwell Heath – Dover:

Easy match. Some of players were still on vacation so we didn’t played with full squad

Tooting Mitcham – Dover:

Same as previous game, just too easy. This games for me are to keep morale on same level

Dover – Burnley:

The game was very opened and both teams had many chances to score a goal, but strikers of both team weren’t so accurate. The end result is 0-0

Dover – Wigan:

They are better and we couldn’t do anything, at least we scored goal.

Dover – Fulham:

Disaster, I really didn’t expected to lose so heavily.

Histon – Dover:

Untill we scored first goal, they were better and had few chances, but than I woke up my players and they started to play better and final result shows that.

Transfers:

Daniel Njitraj:

After Walker release I needed second striker, but I didn’t signed anyone. I found Njitraj and I saw that last season he scored 21 goal in 35 appereances

Benedict Akwuegbu:

Extra striker to have in rotation

Paulo Mayo:

Wynter played on this position, but he is not good enough for 5th league in my opinion so i needed to strenghten this position.

Agustin Battipiedi:

On MC positions I had good players, but scour recomended this player to be a good playmaker and that my team needed this.

Eddie Odhiambo:

Just extra defender for rotation

Jared Hodgkiss:

This was the most critical position cause almost whole summer I couldn’t find enough good player, but I think that Hodgkiss is that.

Jamie Slabber:

I thought that I signed enough players or players for position that I needed to sign, but than scout rated this player with 5 stars and immediately I signed him.
